Our vibration training device features an alternating left‑right tilting vibration mode designed to mimic human walking gait. It produces alternating pelvic tilting similar to what occurs during normal gait, but at a faster rate. As a result, all muscle groups in the legs and trunk respond alternately from side to side to counteract this rhythmic lateral motion. As the frequency of the alternating vibration increases, the pattern of muscle contraction used for stabilization also changes accordingly. When vibration frequency exceeds 12 Hz, muscle activation shifts from voluntary contraction to physiological stretch reflex. This reflex-based contraction effectively improves intermuscular coordination, activating the entire muscle chain from the distal lower limbs up to the trunk. This mechanism significantly boosts blood circulation throughout the body, particularly in the legs, while enhancing metabolism. With adjustable frequency, amplitude and body positioning, the system enables targeted training of muscle strength, muscular function, balance and coordination in various body regions via muscle stretch reflexes.
