During the departmental reporting session, all colleagues comprehensively summarized work achievements for the first half of the year, conducted thorough analyses of existing issues, and formulated scientific plans for key second-half initiatives. Each department maintained a problem-oriented approach in their reviews – honestly acknowledging accomplishments while directly addressing shortcomings, focusing on present needs while keeping long-term development in perspective.
