Yufeng Medical 2025 Year-End Summary & Annual Gala Ceremony Successfully Concluded!

Time flies, and a new chapter unfolds. To fully review the endeavors and achievements of 2025 and systematically plan the progress and breakthroughs for 2026, the 4-day Year-End Review and Annual Gala of Yufeng Medical has come to a successful conclusion. All colleagues gathered together to reflect on the past, identify shortcomings, plan for the future, and celebrate jointly. We gathered strength through reflection, clarified our direction with foresight, and embarked on a new year of striving together.
01 Performance & Integrity Report, Reviewing the Past to Clarify the Direction
At the beginning of the annual meeting, all employees delivered their 2025 annual work reports one after another. With a realistic, pragmatic and truth-seeking attitude, they comprehensively summarized their achievements, growth, shortcomings and reflections in the past year, and reported in detail the completion of annual work objectives, key work results and difficulties encountered. Meanwhile, in line with the company’s development plan, they clarified their 2026 work objectives, specific plans and implementation paths, demonstrating their sense of responsibility as well as their determination to keep striving.
Each work report represents self-examination and growth; every sharing embodies responsibility and expectation. All attendees listened carefully and communicated with each other, learned from each other’s strengths, built consensus through discussion, laying a solid foundation for the efficient advancement of all work in the new year.
02Unite as One, Discuss Market Strategies for Breakthroughs
During the ceremony, employees from various positions in the Sales Department signed the target responsibility letters one by one, clarifying the sales tasks, key focus areas, and assessment criteria for the new year.
Each responsibility letter embodies duty and commitment. It not only strengthens the sense of target and responsibility among all staff, but also unites their firm determination to overcome difficulties and go all out to achieve the annual goals, laying out a clear path for the orderly progress of sales work in 2026.
To honor the outstanding, set role models, and inspire all staff to strive for excellence, the grand 2025 Annual Outstanding Employee Commendation Ceremony was held.
The venue was filled with warm applause and a passionate atmosphere. Every awarded employee beamed with pride, and all attendees were greatly encouraged and inspired.
Amid the busy work, warmth has never been absent. During the annual meeting, the company carefully prepared a staff dinner. Everyone relaxed from work fatigue, sat together, talked freely, shared interesting stories at work and insights in life, enhanced mutual friendship amidst laughter and joy, and felt the warmth and care of the company family.
At the end of the annual meeting, the company presented a carefully prepared New Year gift to each employee. Every gift carries the company’s gratitude and blessings to all colleagues, as well as its sincere expectations for the new year, making every employee feel a strong sense of belonging and happiness.
The four-day annual meeting was a conference for reviewing the past, planning the future, commending excellence, and uniting our strength.
